The stock is struggling to bounce back post 40% sell off. We need another off-take deal or greater stability in the DOD to sign a material contract.
I don't see CR in the near term given loan & recent raise.
Hank working like a machine. The thesis is right, just a function of the timing / political landscape as govt reduces spending in the short term.
