From an outsider looking in, IMO, it seems there could be a significant transaction around the corner. IMO they are reducing the share numbers because they are going to make a play for a company and are going to offer script. Most companies are scared to consolidate, unless they make a significant transaction.
IMO, SFR are on the dining table.
