No. Plenty of lithium stocks up +10-20%. Stocks with stronger fundamentals are bought back on market strength, after a sell off. Perfectly good reason why AGY doesn't move, even on market strength. In saying that, there's still so much uncertainty, US directives are ever changing on a daily basis...
