The timing of treatment is not affected - doctors can treat the patient if they choose to (they get the results as soon as they are done and can use them as they please).
I assume the 10 here is the number of patients with a positive Cu64 result - as opposed to the number of lesions in a patient. If its lesions - not all of them are biopsied.
If its patients: remember, its not a case of sending every one to a biopsy. Some of these cancer recurrence patients will accept the diagnosis and opt for the next step without a biopsy - biopsies carry their own risks.
