Only a dumb management like EXR would do a deal with a company that is still Suspended of ASX Trading and also have no cash to drill..... Ahhhh off course..... Greg the EXR geologist is the Director at XST... that explains all....
EXR could not find any decent mid tyer explorer/Developer/Producer to touch EXR projects.... noone wants it.... so they had to come up with the worse deal available... LOL
Man... this is so dodgy not even a school kid would come up with it......
