BFS might not be favourable on a 2mtp, but over time and recovery on costs i think very favourable once scale up is proven to 5,10 and 20mtp. Initial infrastructure costs are always high but approved scale up FID becomes a no brainer if we have the go ahead (Arup provide quaitity surveying that says scale up can be cost effective along with port and rail upgrade via gov backing).
All falls back on support of Gov. IMO which hopefully is only a matter of time as the3 technology is sound.
