biggest line of cost is rent and that is why any new owner will want rent negotiation....and as HCW has not got paid rent for two months now (company has so far not announced receipt of rent) and further rent negotiation will be the final nail in head !!
when will be the next capital raise??is the real question...to ask management now and what will be the discount...!
as I said it wouldn't be simple process unlike your narrative to say at most 1 month rent will be lost ...
