3X I have been a major holder and trader of MEC Since Seng Yap was Chairman of MMR, and believe me MMR is walking a type rope lately with its PDF status and compliance, and I suggest anyone investing in MMR study what it takes to remain compliant as a PDF and realise just how close to non compliance MMR is currently, and in a catch 22 position because it will have to fund the purchase of a new project from such a low share price and the dilution of MMR will be huge, and SP slammed moving forward, DB has a chequered history with the ASX and every raise he has done regarding MMR and BPH since 2019 has burnt every investor to a crisp, except traders and accumulators.
DYOR crew I have with MMR and BPH and I’ve sold down since early 2024 right across Pep11 Inc fore seeing exactly what has panned out with the Federal and NSW state Denial of Pep11 and DB,s 2024 cash grab to weather the storm till his retirement imo when it was re listed, I still hold a fraction of the shares I held trough the 5 year suspension of MMR, which I have in the depth to sell, and always have, and tbh I care little about them tbh.
The biggest worry for MMR apart from the obvious of the Pep11 denial from both NSW State Government and the Federal JA with the finite say in the Pep11 exploration licence which has been denied, and the Federal JA have exercised that right with advanced notice of same to warn market in 2024 and followed through with the finite Denial in January 2025.
The rules are very tight around PDF,s which is understandable, and exactly the reason MMR went into suspension under DB,s management in 2019 and remained in suspension till late 2024, believe me crew you don’t want investments tied up on the never never like the 5 suspension of MMR , and don’t listen to anyone that’s telling you that can’t happen to MMR again in 2025 imo, as the parameters are very strict around PDF,s, and MMR is walking the type rope currently with Pep11 denied, and obviously the need for DB to place a tangible project under the banner moving forward and subsequent cap raise to fund same imo!
