This is true for some companies on the ASX but generally they are in start up companies or pre investment pre study type explorers and juniors.
Sayona has over 200 employees, multiple offices across the world, 1 large producing operation and multiple world class projects in developmnent.
I hardly think having the necessary directors on a board is cause for blaming them for being money grabbers or a lifestyle company.
12 - 18 month ago GT Lui was in uproar about governance... the required committees and protocols are now in place and now theyre being accused of sitting there doing nothign but collecting a salary... cmon guys... your smarter than this
