We don't need to rely on stockswami to point out the patents are not yet granted because if they were, the company would have announced that they were granted and that those patents had been transferred to LTP as required under the license agreement upon the granting of those patents.
I.e., when patents are granted, we will hear all about it.
However as Jackbenimble just pointed out, it is in LTP's interest to apply more broadly and narrow the application as required by regulators, in order to extend the time it takes to get the patents as long as possible. From what I have heard, that is a common tactic that not only extends the time but makes sure that the company gets the broadest possible patent protection.
