Its complete BS. EQX has probably already burnt through $5m paying high end London lawyers. The Congo government didn't even bother showing nor paying their lawyers for the final hearing. Now the final hearing 'MAY' take place in August 'OR' November. The Congo Government must be rolling around laughing. It is exactly what happened to Sundance when they took on the Cameroon Government. The hearing was cancelled as the lawyers hadn't been paid.
The ground was likely moose pasture anyway. Well the market thought so anyway as EQX has always traded at approx. cash.
