Imo if it is the actual enabler required to get to production, then there might indeed be interest at a slight premium to the overly-depressed (imo) share price.
If offtake and funding are secured in a combo deal of some sort, then imo that significantly derisks the project by putting relatively high certainty around reaching production as well as the associated timing.
