So hypothetically if there was a buyer willing to take the ''low Grade resource off our hands for 1% of it's in situ metal value not including the multi metal credits , the Market Cap could possibly reflect the offer , that's around $12/share.
I'm imagining a scenario where Management do a deal that allows them to bank $120 million and divides the remaining $1 billion up between the shareholders in the form of shares .
Considering that almost 50% of the share register is held by insiders it is safe to say that it can' be taken cheaply with hostility.
Our brave little company would then have the "way with all " to mobilise multiple riggs and go out and start ticking off those numerous items on their "wish List" , proving their thesis that there will be multiple deposits discovered in the future throughout our 100% owned Greenstone Belt.
If anyone has experience in such a deal I am all ears and here to learn.
