They didn’t acquire a mine — they purchased a couple of rare earth tenements and a couple of gold tenements. None of these are actual mines. None are shovel-ready, and none have any infrastructure in place. Just to clarify, these are exploration tenements, not mining operations.
Secondly, isn’t it concerning that they haven’t been able to land a single deal in over three years? And now we’re watching them reshuffle the same pieces between two underperforming small-cap boards.
We’re all still holding out for a miracle, but let’s be honest — we’ve been doing that for three years now.
These newly acquired tenements aren’t assets. They’re just additional money pits.
