Finance is not my thing, if I’m reading it right, a quick scan looks very much to be cents in the dollar,
via a reverse takeover through Bennelong Capital Partners…

Tiny cash layout for a full analytical lab, and potential lease of a purpose built facility in O’Connor, 20km from Kwinana.

Fully functional site — slab base, shed built, electrics and plumbing done, permitting approved or very close, room for expansion — possibly shaving a year or so off pilot plant construction = very intriguing proposition.Might delay the PFS but save a ton of time later does need a plant retro-fit analysis.
Really looking forward to the details…

Also needs a closer look from a corporate finance analyst, but first glance looks to be a very smart grab.
