Appeal to be heard in may then judges will retreat and think about it for what 3 to 6 months
This will take up all of 2011 so whats the point of even worrying about it at this stage.
As ususal both sides claiming the other will pay costs.
I am still struggling with the idea that MMX can sell a 50% interest in project for 150 million plus some say another billion to come and then say we have not made a profit.
Anyway back to sleep now.
