Not saying one way or another but the resignation of the Company Secretary and an immediate reappointment along with some oversights (which are the domain of that role) does raise the possibility. I wasn't suggesting anything re Chris and I accept your point. My response was to another poster in that you cannot assume they are all jumping ship as something is wrong. So yes, personal reasons are fine, it happens.
