Firstly if you look to the Greek meaning of Elevra ,to English , you'll sere that it means 'FREE ' ....or ' Gratuit ' in French. So maybe there is something there in terms of ' FREE ' to the Envrionment. God knows , we've almost been giving it away free .....from profits. Or maybe FREE from CO2 or Carbon is what it was targeting.
My second angle is if look at the word ' BACKWARDS ' , you'll get the word ' Arvele ' which is a French Oak wine which in the Piedmonte dialect means ' Revelation ' which you can also see has the basis for the word ' Eleva ' ...so without the ' R ' with the r at the front of the word.
Interesting as well is that the ' Pedmontese ' is a Romance language spoken by around 2 or 3 million people give or take , and who also live most in the Italian region of Piedmont.
So I reckon , they ( our BOD ) fancy themselves as being romantic, cultured and obviously with the fine taste and aromas of French oak.
Someone obviously likes fine wines on our BOD as well as having this rather hidden connection to the origins of the Piedmont name.
