well fixed cost part is highlighted unlike the guy above who has been clearly stated while misleading that 7.2c dividend even if healthscope don't pay rent or when he said 30% income comes from Healthscope but in reality it is 50% or in some articles it talks about 60% ...!
It is far easier to reduce rent then trying to negotiate with union...! So obviously it is the rent any smart person would negotiate...!
