With porcupine mill deal, kau production from Henty not encumbered with additional 4.25%nsr on all metals produced as well as hundred million of debt at high interest rate like dsv porcupine mine. Also KAU a1 and union hill mines, since they is already fully permitted, give KAU much more quick upside gold production leverage than DSV, where dsv other mine, cordero, is an unpermitted open pit in Mexico...
