Geez - everyone off the deep end. CR not always a bad thing!
I must say however, with cash on hand, and after a market wide sell off, that feels set to recover, I am very curious as to what the plan is here.
why the need for cash? Use of proceeds? Inventory? Sales infra? Acquisition?
this has to be have been worked on for some time, and at higher prices. So very curious on the price and size.
maybe sales are so good they need massive inventory growth…..
who knows, but I doubt it’s as negative as some are automatically assuming. But I agree, timing is weird.
nevertheless, I remain bullish.
