You gotta remember that the FUNDS know exactly what they have. They know the market and they understand the position of the company. They have all the power and will squeeze every last cent out of it. Why do you think they are able to do these CR's and they are over subscribed? People I know had their requests cut because there were too many people wanting in.
As I said, they know they're on a winner and it's only a matter of time now, so they will happily keep saying, "Yes we can raise funds for you", but then they set the demands" We are getting fleeced by the FUNDS and nothing we can do about it. Until we get a commercial license payment or the likes, we are under their control.
