Currently Nebari Holdings can convert into just under 10% of SOI, the GSR and POS mergers have been a blessing in more ways than one. HRZ has obtained great assets from GSR and great infrastructure and other assets from POS, it has also ensured a dilution of Nebari Holdings control over HRZ. Had Nebari converted before the mergers it may have held in excess of 15% (I havent worked that number out yet) but it would have triggered foreign investment review board activity. Had a such a scenario ocurred Nebari Holdings would have been on the board and pulling strings directly rather than in secret.
