Have a look at the website of The Ministry of Mines and Energy of Namibia, and go to the section dealing with EPL`S.
Scroll through the 90 odd pages of pending and granted applications and you will come across our very own 3306 and 3308 (pending).
Mls is applying for nuclear fuel materials of course but there are other applications for precious stones, base and rare metals, dimension stone even.
Many epl`s have been granted but there are plenty that are still pending.

It`s been four weeks since the court ordered the Ministry to process our application post haste. But there are plenty of other applications. And without knowing the staff numbers that are doing the work it`s a fair assumption that they are pretty overworked at the start of 2011.

Feel a bit more relaxed about things now.

Our granted application is coming, slowly but surely.
