1MC will delist soon enough save for some sort of SYA lifeline as a part of a transition out of SYA for JB and AB.
No one who thinks the BOD at SYA isn't up to the task should be upset at an 8-person BOD, in fact the more the better as it will dilute the incompetence that has led to SYA having to dilute its holders 100% to go from 75% ownership of NAL to 50% ownership. As LD said at the AGM the PLL offtake deal was that bad that SYA was going nowhere in its current structure, I invite any of the unpaid pro BOD posters to argue how that was a good deal, I am all ears.
Even if it costs SYA $20M to get them on their way it will be money well spent as Elevra moves toward a fairer valuation of 1.5-2B MC once it has an investable BOD.
