As for Greg stepping down in my opinion his work was largely done He helped shape the US strategy and played a role in sourcing the right CEO With that appointment now looking imminent his exit makes sense timing wise

If we were seeing directors run for the hills mid execution sure raise the red flags But that’s not what this is.
