I don't think so Themtherehills. I have been to every meeting for the last 3 years including the recent meeting end of March and I was also in Adelaide on Thursday. I don't know where you are getting your info from. Some preliminaries like Heritage and Royalties maybe finalised by end of June but a ML for IB is in the distance and multiple CR's before that happens.
