Something still doesn’t sit right here, because they’re saying that they received the proposal on 30 March, two days after they tapped the ATM.

However if that was the case and at the time they tapped the ATM they were completely unaware of the offer, why didn’t they release a normal secondary trading notice at the same time as 1) the ATM announcement and 2) the quotation of securities notice? Every other time they’ve used the ATM they’ve released all three notices at exactly the same time.

But this time they sat on the secondary trading notice for several days before then having to release it and disclose the offer. The timeline doesn’t make sense…
