Go check out GXY sale of some of their assets to POSCO on the same salar, and the rate was was around that. As a GXY holder it did not hit home until the cash hit the accounts. Thats leaves around $178M AUD.


Then throw in a cash box discount 20% - $142M

Throw in all trade payables and liabilities. $14M on the last reported balance sheet - $128M

840M Old shares currently on issue.

That gives you 15.2c


I could be underestimating the cash box discount.

The other rats and mice assets are liabilities as you need to spend money on them.
