discodaddy: One thing that I would like to clarify to you and others: FAR will NOT receive a refund of $ 5.0 mio., as this amount has NOT been paid in so far. Please read the latest presentation details carefully. I believe page 17 is the one that is clarifying this point.
Anyhow, I do also believe that the decree will come about. Just some more patience needed - obviously a difficult virtue for many.
