Not sure on the tax rulings in Argentina, but you need to look at the capital gain (sale less capital losses accrued to date), and then its 15% of that. I wouldn't put it past the muppets at Galan to have structured their tax affairs suboptimally so the capital loss is in the head co, but if its in the operating co, we've sunk at least $80M USD in there already, at a guess. Hence why whoever gets this will get it at an absolute steal.
