The 28th Feb deadline IMO is not for a Chinese party to sign up but something more...I expect some movement on the Ni front in the coming weeks....Ni have moved over $28,000 per tonne now...soon it will move into the 30s and the chances of moving a low grade resource into production starts appealing to people....not saying that it will still be processable, but jst starts getting people interested in it...2006-2007 was a similar time when the Chinese started running their rulers over JRV and the Ni prie started shooting towards the $50,000 mark in 2008....similar story in play now...
lets see what fate has in store for us now....
