A couple of observations:
1. Norwood has met two milestones: how many milestones are there ? It would appear that the much-vaunted Optus deal is far from a certainty. This announcement would indicate that there are still hurdles.
2. The cash flow would include revenue from Spark. We don't know how long this will continue.
