Yes, HRZ has the ability to easily pay the loan back in 6 months' time - Phillips profits alone basically pays the entire loan and add in the likely options getting up (almost at 7c now), then the loan is easily covered. However, personally I would prefer that $10-$15M AUD (depending on exchange rates at the time) to be kept in the bank and spent on drilling or mill refurbishment costs. In the current gold market, even if Nebari dumped all or part of their converted shares on market, these would be easily absorbed and perhaps 2-3 weeks of resistance while we churned through them. Right now, it is all hearsay unless there is a poster in here from Nebari themselves who knows the plan. It is more than possible they hold long into higher production in the next year or 2 when the real profits arrive with the BS mill in play and our endless stream of gold mines becoming active. The market may still be hesitant about a loan of such a size, but at the end of the day it doesn't change anything in relation to current business activities.
