(Ben32)/others: Company Presentation INDABA FORUM 7.2.2011: Page 17 clearly states:
"US$5m payable by FAR upon Decree".
As the decree has not been issued as yet, obviously FAR has not had to pay for this as yet.
At least this is the way I am reading/understanding this.
