    My sentiments exactly

    My understanding is placement complete and shares placed and 'hopefully' already absorbed. Trading pattern of a week ago up to 1.5 and down to 1.1 indicates churn and sell post placement. thats my theory will need to confirm with company as to what date the shares were placed
