Justice Cannings has made a decision at 1:30pm today to allow an additional 998 landowners to join as plaintiffs the court proceedings against the dumping of mine waste into Basamuk bay. This now means there are over 1000 landowners from all over the Madang coastline who don't want MCC and Highlands Pacific to dump tailings into Madang waters.
