Is this how it works? They can without any pre indication can raise capital? Who makes the decision and who approves it? Like who are we as a share holder, are we just pawns who are just being used all the time? Was hoping for good quarter result but got slapped with cows dung.

The board do not have to ask if raise is less than 15 per cent ( with exceptions up to 25 per cent in certain circumstances).
