After much thoughts the only conclusion I am getting from the termination clause is Take Over.
With many sharks circling the only antimony mine coming online in the next month the guys at the top are digging their hands in the honey pot. Which I personally think it’s quite an amateur move considering major shareholders certainly wouldn’t want to see LRV sold for cheap.
Anything under $3 is very cheap if they can mine this thing for 10+ years
Nothing really makes any sense at the moment. I will surly be voting no when the time comes
