What most investors see.....IN coming CR. They will dilute the shares to around 4 billion, then pay themselves for the next 3 years. All this talk about lawsuits against the board is laughable. legally they have done nothing wrong. You might not like that you have all been duped, whilst these guys fill their pockets, but it's not illegal, Immoral yes, but not illegal. I have been watching these guys destroy really good companies and the ASX allow this type of behaviour. Neil was our last hope for Magnum, but they have him where they want him......

Raising $10 mil down here and adding a few billion shares to the register will be a disaster for shareholders and it will show just how inept these guys are !!!
