Yes. A big management fail. The COO is the fall guy but what's with keeping Darren Stralow the CEO/MD? Ultimately he's responsible and should have been shown the door. It's not as if this is the first miss.....3 of significant consequence in a row & now much reduced forward guidance both in production and costings. They're happy to award themselves incentives and collect them but not willing to own the mess and take the consequences of failing to deliver. That's a piss weak BoD with poor oversight. I've traded BGL but find it a difficult Hold considering they can't perform to targets. You can have a great resource on paper but you need a decent management team to exploit it. On developmental & near production history I don't think they have it
