Lifton doesn't mention Lynas, but neither does he mention Great Western where he is a stockholder.
The only time I recall hearing a real REE authority refer to a "bubble" was in a CNBC interview with Mark Smith (MCP CEO) last year. A couple months later in another CNBC interview he retracted that and claimed it was a mistake because he had not been accustomed to doing TV interviews.
