You can write long posts about the drive and sacrifice of management... but the point here seems to be more about capability and competency (or lack thereof) than their will to get to the end goals. Good leaders know that some times the right decision isn't the one you wish it was... and you make it despite it ending the "dream" you have been clinging to. These guys to me seem willing to throw baby out with the bathwater if they need to.
We wait for more info... but on face value the last few steps from the GLN leaders seem very poor.
