Surely there has to be accountability into the mass absorption of shareholder money while producing absolutely nothing of relevance toward a saleable product.
When a company is listed on the ASX it has to have grounds for being or attempting to be a profitable company, they have raised money at various points in time with announcements with descriptions of intent but haven't hit the mark on many (~90%) of occasions.
So surely there is a point where the ASX and ASIC should have stepped in to prevent SHs from blatant manipulation and what I would consider fraud?
Is there no grounds there? Surely old announcements vs actual targets being met would be enough would it not?
