What is Anode1 thinking? More to be done? As Lady Macbeth said "if 'twere done, 'twere well done quickly". And it was. Some has indeed been done quickly, and the sky has not fallen in.
Merrill brings excellent experience, appears hard-headed, and most importantly, fire in her belly. A trimmed, determined and united Board now, each of whom is keenly aware of what is needed. The Board will not have a hands-off approach with the excuse "that is an operational matter" - an approach which I cannot support, one which the business pages so often show to be disastrous. Throw it all on the CEO, don't ask the searching questions - where is the decent governance in that?
Methinks this space is well worth watching. I am switching my sentiment back from "hold" to "buy".
