This new approach is merely a physical process but capable of stripping out the impurities sufficient for offsite processing, it's not full DLE. And it's being proposed by the guy who did Rincon, and I understand from the termsheet, Stanton will personally have 3% shareholding, so skin in game. Presumably they have to sort out the environmental approvals, but I'd dare say it's a net environmental improvement. Means less local jobs though.
