Clearly, there are some very incompetent fools running this company, and some even worse business managers who should never have been permitted to become directors and managers of a gold mining company.
One of two things needs to happen, the directors and managers need to resign and be replaced, and/or another company with good business leadership needs to takeover this failure.
If any of these bozo's now get rewarded with performance shares, you can 100% guarantee that the next "Remuneration Report" will be voted down, and so one strike will be listed against them, but really .... they should not be permitted to keep their jobs, simply because they are so bad at them. This should give them an idea of how investors feel.
