Yes, have to agree with that comment. They are setting up for a takeover within next 6 months, want to see their "performance" rights nd termination pay out approved well ahead of that happening. Rediculous to think a board of 3 people can walk away with $12m between them without putting a spade in the ground.. Why factor in "termination rights" now , the work hasnt started yet....
Retail investors control 36% of the shares, they need to vote this down at the AGM and set more realistic targets. Can see now why the SP has been shorted on regular basis, should be at least $1.20 by now...
