If I were trying to build a successful derm company for potential buyout:

1) build as quickly as possible - highlight the knock out potential of my drug.
2) Show how effective my platform model is at building patients and highlight the game changing value potential of my refill model
3) Raise capital confidently and quietly (overprescribed interest) to emphasize the companies ability to build into a behemoth alone.

Wave this under the noses of potential suitors and talk about all the add on drugs that could be expanded onto the same model.

Botanix might just be dangling a bigger carrot.
