Agree with all your points; all lithium explorers have suffered in this market. But we shouldn’t forget that the current lithium market isn’t all that much different to the one that existed a year ago when CE initially negotiated Renard. So none of this should be surprise.
In my mind, the issue is that management made a risky move, but failed to proceed confidently to give shareholders and potential partners confidence. Their timidness has now lead them to openly flagging that we can’t proceed without a partner, which destroyed our bargaining position.
So while other companies are suffering with us, not many of them have the clear financial and timeline pressure that we have due to showing just how weak our hand was with the Renard option.
